I had such great service that got me to Luang Prabang and even called on the bus to make sure that I was aware that my hotel was reserved and someone would pick me up at the bus station. If I come back to Laos, I will definitely book on luang-prabang-hotels.com.

The booking was hard online as the website wasn't working so I had to email and sign up to paypal to pay. The WHL also signed me up automatically to their travel site which I didn't realize so when my friend Luke booked accommodation it linked up to my email and now I get emails saying Dear Luke when that's not me, it made the booking a bit confusing.
