Booking Conditions

Deposit Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bookings made through are on a demand basis. For both instant bookings and those on a demand basis, credit card details will be requested through our secure online payment system.  Once the booking has been confirmed, payment will be processed in full.  Should for any reason your booking not be confirmed, then no payment will be processed whatsoever.  Please note cancellation policies apply and are specific to the hotel you are booking.  Please check cancellation policies carefully when making your booking, as Teamworkz are bound by these conditions.

Booking Cancellations

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by the traveller but the stipulated cancellation policy for that booking item will apply. A booking will be considered cancelled once the traveller has been informed of the change of status by Teamworkz.  Should the policy be unclear, please contact the Teamworkz before making your booking.
