Late check-out is subject to availability, please arrange with reception in advance.
For late check-out arrangements until 4:00 pm on the day of departure, 50% of room rate will be charged. Later than 6:00 pm check-out requirement will incur the full rate for a one-night stay.
A maximum of one child under 12 years of age can share a room with parents with an extra bed for 50USD including breakfast. Baby cot for infant is free of charge.
One night room charge will be applied to no-shows or cancellations with less than 96 hours (4 days) notice prior to arrival.
In the event of a natural disaster, the Hotel will bear no responsibility for not providing accommodations, meals, laundry, transportation or any services of the Hotel to the guests. The Villa Maly will do all within its power to assist the guests.
The Villa Maly finding itself unable to accommodate guests with confirmed reservation will undertake to transfer the guest to another hotel and will bear any additional cost incurred due to this transfer. The Villa Maly will endeavor at all times to accommodate all confirmed guests as soon as available.
