From the airport, there is a small taxi desk just outside of the arrivals area.  They can arrange for a taxi for USD5-6.  Tony 1 Guesthouse also offer an airport transfer service when rooms are booked through this website.

Coming from the bus stations, tuk-tuk drivers should know the guesthouse - but if not just head for Wat Visoun Temple which is very close by.  From the temple just look towards the Nam Khan River and you will see the guesthouse.
