Rattanakone Guest House

The Rattanakone Guesthouse has a number of different rooms on offer. The first choice is either first floor or second floor and then you can choose between double or twin rooms. All rooms have a wall mounted LCD television with cable, writing/ dressing table with mirror, airconditioning and a place to hang clothes. Breakfast is also included in the room price.

Room rates include local taxes.

On the first floor there is a choice between double and twin rooms. The only difference between the rooms is the bedding arrangements with the double having a queen sized bed and the twin having 2 single beds. They are tastefully and simply decorated with local wood and traditional Lao textiles.

The rooms are clean and well maintained with tiled floors and fairly high wooden ceilings. The beds are nice and solid with clean and comfortable bedding and all rooms have a private ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are clean and again simply designed with hot water shower and western flush toilet. There is a shared terrace that runs around the outside of the rooms where there is seating.

The second floor rooms are fairly much the same as the first floor rooms except with the obvious difference that there are on the second floor. The final difference is that the double rooms have a toilet with a bath.

The second floor rooms also have a balcony that, like the terrace on the first floor runs around the outside of the rooms. On the front of the balcony is a communal seating area that overlooks the front of the guesthouse where breakfast is served every morning.
