Nam Khan Villas Resort

Each house is set privately in the lush tropical gardens overlooking the Nam Khan River. By purchasing old traditional Lao house and rebuilding them, they are saving a little heritage and the beautiful, seasoned, tropical woods these houses are constructed from. We hope we are also helping the environment by not cutting down more and more trees. After taking each house apart theytransport them in the wet season by boat to the resort and put the pieces back together. Finally, the rooms are then furnished with all modern comforts.

El Gecko Restaurant is situated in the center of the resort, an open-air French Colonial style restaurant with natural shaded terraces overlooking the river. They offer a wide range of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, specializing in Spanish tapas.

Nestled around the resort are comfortable seating areas to relax and their waiting staff will bring you refreshments when you need.

Alternatively, just relax on the terrace and choose from our extensive drinks list while watching the sunset.

You can wander through our tropical fruit trees and lush gardens to the river bank where they grow vegetables and herbs for the restaurant.

For those more active you can venture into the river itself and swim or tube down to the Mekong River. They also have a court area on grass to play volleyball, badminton and raffia ball.

For cancellations less than 10 days before check in and for no shows, the full value of the booking will be charged to your credit card.
