Children up to 12 years of age sharing existing bedding with parents are accommodated free of charge.
There will be no cancellation charge for any notice of cancellation given 16 days in advance.
A charge of 30% of the full booking cost will be charged if notice of cancellation is made between 15 and 6 days before arrival date.
A charge of 100% of the full booking cost will be charged if notice of cancellation is made later than 6 days before arrival date.
Le Bel Air Boutique Resort is currently upgrading their facilities with construction starting next door at 08:00am and finishing in the afternoons. The Resort is still open during this time and apologises for any inconvenience. Construction is due to be finished at the end of October 2009.
