Boun is originally from Vientiane yet studied Hotel Management in Bangkok. His family also operate the Haysoke Hotel located in Vientiane. It is, however, the love of everything Luang Prabang that has drawn him here and with the support of his family he has established the Haysoke Hotel in Luang Prabang.
